ROS evaluation by confocal images. Confocal microscopy was applied to determine the ROS production of RAW 264.7 cell line following exposed at 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h at 15 µg/mL PET-NPs concentration. After 24 h of exposure to 15 µg/mL PET-NPs, green fluorescence dots were located around the cell nucleus, and the green fluorescence dots and red fluorescence dots exhibited some overlap.
